Location near Pacific Highway and Durham rd. 5 minute drive from I-5. Public transit min walk.

It's a private room and shared bathroom. Currently, it's furnished. There is good hot water and a large living space. The back porch is at the end of a green space and is quiet.

If you need the room for the short term, it's furnished and ready for you to move in.

If you need a long-term lease, you will need to be screened by my apartment complex. They perform a background check.

I am open to a male or female roommate. I check things like proof of income and rental history. Please have those things readily available. I am easygoing but need to protect myself.
