Two nice rooms for rent

Hello! I have two rooms for rent.
The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in a nice neighborhood. The rooms are on the
second floor. One is slightly larger than the other. There is a full bathroom across the hall from the rooms. This bathroom would be shared if both rooms are being rented. Any tenant would have full access to the house, including living room with tv, loaded kitchen with dishwasher and appliances, laundry room with washer and dryer, and WiFi included in the rent price. I am not asking anything extra for utilities. I have a dog that does not do well with other animals and has the run of the house. She warms up to people quickly. Animals are welcome, but any animals would need to be kept in the rooms being rented. There is a large backyard. I do not mind guests coming over. I am very easy going about most things. I just expect people to pick up after themselves and be respectful of my home and myself in general. A lease agreement will be required. The price listed is per room.
