About me, I am a thirty year old Korean American Male, straight, born & raised in LA. I graduated UCLA and work as an independent contractor. Typically I go to sleep around 9pm and wake up before 6am on weekdays . I don’t smoke, and I drink rarely.

I am looking for a mature and
respectful roommate to take the bedroom in my 1BR apartment. The building is located in Larchmont, on Melrose and N Manhattan Place, quiet and walkable area located nearby many restaurants. There are two doors between the living room and the bedroom so there is ample privacy. I am staying in the living room, and there are standing dividers.

The kitchen and bathroom will be shared. Personally, I don’t use the kitchen much but it is fully equipped. Washer dryers are available within the apartment complex. One month deposit is required, you can come see the space any time.
