I have a bathroom apartment in Natomas and am looking for a responsible and clean roommate to share the space. Rent is $ per month, plus utilities $. The apartment includes on-laundry, parking,2 hot tubs, 2 pools & gym.

I’m looking for someone who is respectful, tidy, and easygoing. Ideally, you should have a stable income and be able to commit to at least 1yr. No pets & no smoking.
