Luxurious waterfront apartment

Hi, my name is Johnny and I am looking for a roommate for my new 2 bedroom apartment at the luxury Urby building! (Short term or long term) The apartment is VERY spacious as it is over sq ft. The living room is fully furnished (or not bc I can put stuff in storage). The kitchen space is huge with an island in the middle. We have an in unit laundry/dryer. I like to clean weekly and let roomba do its job during the week. The apartment is ONLY mins away from downtown Manhattan by Path. We are only a block away from the waterfront. Parking available in the building or on the streets. I’m an engineer with a very flexible work schedule. I work remote days a week. I’m outgoing, respectful, clean, and kind. I would love a roommate who I can go out with and or share friends with. But if that’s not you, that’s ok too! I can be very respectful of your space. The building comes with amazing amenities such as a rooftop pool, outdoor bbq grills, many work from home spaces, gyms, gym classes, and a beautiful cafe in the lobby area.

Jersey city has many great restaurants. It is a booming city and also has a night life that is a 8 min walk away. There are many path stations around the area which takes you straight into manhattan. The ferry is also an 8 min walk and that will take you directly to downtown manhattan (another 7 mins will get you into WTC). The building has a young adult vibe. Please feel free to ask me anything you want as I have already lived here for one year!
