Private room(s) w/ shared bathroom

Couple minutes walk from commercial strip (I’m right behind Lowes, grocery store, Pho, etc.), minuets from downtown Easton. Awesome kitchen / great-room with big “ OLED tv. Highspeed internet mpbs. My garage is available to you for maintainece work, just let me know when. If you need a bed, I have a new mattress. I can take one more dog in the home (HOA allows 2 max, I have an Italian greyhound), and would consider a cat. I plan on getting a fence installed this summer. The home is only 1 year old and have not painted yet; if you want to paint the room that’s something we can discuss as well. friendly but I don’t use myself that much. Any questions, just ask

Will be renting out other bedroom as well which you would share bathroom with. Till then you can choose which of the 2 extra rooms you want and have the bathroom to yourself; If this description still says the above, it’s still active.
