Requirements:
• Must be comfortable around dogs — there is a mild-mannered dog in the home.
• Background check required by property management.
• Must have steady employment and continuous income.
• Commitment through the end of the lease — February .
• Rent due on the 1st of each month.
• Must keep common areas tidy, wash own dishes, and clean shared bathroom.
