Hey! I am Nav, I am y/o and I have been in Charlotte for 2 years now. I’m looking for a roommate for a 2 bedroom apartment starting May. I graduated with a Masters in Engineering Management at Dartmouth and have been working in a Fintech company. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays. I am outgoing and usually go out for drinking with my friends on the weekend. I don’t smoke and prefer having a smoke-free house. I have a girlfriend who may stay over every now and then but not too frequently as she has her own place.I like engaging in physical activities, I like to work out, snowboard, dance, play pickleball and have been thinking about getting into tennis. I like to keep the house clean, especially the shared areas. (But god, doing laundry will be the death of me). I am quite social but don’t have friends over very often. I have a car for which I’d need parking. I am very reliable when it comes to finances and have a really good credit score. (Not a flex, just desperate to prove I’m worthy of being your roommate)I work at SouthEnd, so I’m looking for a house in SouthEnd, Plaza Midwood, or NoDa (including neighboring areas) in decreasing order of preference.Must haves: In-Unit Laundry, Car Parking, Separate Bathrooms, > sq ft.Would love to get to know each other before deciding to live together, so hit me up and let’s grab beers 🍻
