Looking for sublet/someone to take over existing lease starting ASAP in Savin Hill, Dorchester

Hi! Looking for someone to sublet my room in a bath second floor apartment till August (with the possibility of staying if they choose to resign Sept 1) in Dorchester. My finances have changed suddenly and I sadly have to move out of the city and back home.

- Rent is $ plus like $ ish for electric/gas/wifi

- Mostly furnished apartment. Current roommates have been there a little over a year, I will just be taking my belongings

- A private balcony for use of this apartments tenants only

- Laundry is in the basement and free (dryer is less than a year old) only shared with the girls on first floor

-Basement storage

- Street parking with a permit sticker

- VERY close to JFK station (8 min walk) and right off exit

- Close to a lot of good restaurants, shopping and grocery stores (South Bay + South Boston)

My two roommates are , Shannon and Mary Kate are both nurses in the city. They like to hang out together after a day of work, including going out to eat, going to the beach, shopping and coffee runs, working out, and just chilling and watching tv. Let me know if interested
