I'm looking for a subletter to take over a room in an apartment in DC. The address is th St. NW. This is a basement apartment with a rent of $$ a month. The room for sublet is the master bedroom with its own full bathroom. The apartment is furnished, but the room will not be. The current roommate in the other room is male. Looking for someone to take over as soon as possible or on April 1st. The apartment is near a grocery store and the Green/Yellow Mount Vernon Metro stop.
