What a great room!

Hello friends!

I'm renting out the room I'm currently living in.
The house is just a three-minute walk from the Longwood Medical Area station on the Green Line E and only a -minute walk from Harvard Medical School.

The house has four rooms and three bathrooms and there are four roommates in total (including myself), so you'll be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate.

Roomates are really cool and friendly. We're a group of great people who respect each other’s space and work hard everyday. The living room and kitchen are shared.

The room is fully furnished with a motion desk, a wardrobe with hangers, a bed, a pillow, lighting, and more—you just need to bring your personal belongings!
Also there is washing machine and drier in the house, free to use.
If you'd like to take my monitor, I can leave one for you for just $. It’s not top-of-the-line, but it works well for basic office tasks.

My move-out date is April , so you can move in any time after that, but we prefer person who can come ASAP.
If you choose to move in during April, you'll only need to pay one week’s rent ($).
Starting in May, the monthly rent is $, and utilities (including Wi-Fi, water, electricity , etc) are around $ in the winter.
You have to pay the first and last month's rent, as well as a deposit equal to one month's rent. (If you move in on , you will have to pay $ + $ for the first month.)
I didn't live here during the summer, but I expect utility costs to be lower than in the winter.

I'm finishing a -month internship and will be returning to Korea, my amazing roommates have made my Boston experience unforgettable. I truly wish I could have stayed longer in this great house.
