I’m subletting my large double room in South East London within a 2 bed flat - with a large living room, shared kitchen and shared bathroom. 💗

I’m a live-in landlord who’s away for a couple months so need a female to sublet living with my flat mate (young female).

The flat is a no party/ group policy, a safe clean space sharing with my housemate who works 5 days a week.

All bills included just looking for £ rent. Flex on dates.

May- July ideally but can be open to dates.

min walk to sidcup station with a min train into central London - Charing X, canon street. Bus stop outside with links all over south east. Can share more details.

High street and Morrisons 2 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants, a gym, cafes, etc.

Train links: ( mins to London Bridge) to get the Jubilee Line or Northern line underground from London Bridge. Or you can get the bus to Woolwich ( mins) for Elizabeth line. Or you can go to canon street ( mins) for circle and district lines.
