URGENTLY NEED ROOMATE TO SPLIT COST

Hey everyone, my name is Kyle Meredith! I just got approved for a -bathroom apartment near Arcadia/South Scottsdale ( E Thomas Rd) and I’m looking for a roommate to split costs with.

About the Apartment:

Rent: $/month (base rent, utilities not included)

Total rent with utilities, insurance, & fees: $

Unfurnished – This will be my first place living on my own, so you could say I’m the “little bird leaving the nest.” I’ll have some kitchen appliances and essentials that I’m happy to share.

Move-in date: ASAP – My original roommate backed out last second before move-in, so I’m looking for someone reliable to take their spot.

What I’m Offering:

Since the unit is unfurnished and I understand moving costs can be tough, I’m covering a larger portion of the total rent to keep things affordable.

Move-in Fee: $ (non-refundable)

Monthly Rent: $ (flat, including all utilities, property taxes & insurance)
