Our lease ends in July and looking to move then move in cost (first month rent,deposit,power turn on) would be split after that it'd be even split rent and power we prefer to pay rent a few days early and utilities on the day they post . Well pay all of internet turn on and monthly but your welcome to use it. We're into MMO gaming,d&d,mtg,anime, horror,syfy,big movie ,tv bingers lol.
