BRAND NEW HOUSE MOVE IN

Description

The house is brand new (just finished last month), and my roommate and I are moving in next week! It’s over 2k sq feet located in the Sunfield neighborhood. The lot is in a culdesac, oversized back and side yards and all brand new appliances. You’ll have full access to all the neighborhood amenities, including the two lazy rivers, pool, dog park, and dozens of miles of walking trails. I’m furnishing all of the common areas as well as future renovations. This will include expanding the back patio to have plenty of space for a smoker and blackstone, and adding outdoor furniture. The only thing you’ll need to furnish is your bedroom!
