Looking to someone interested in signing a lease with me in mid June at Fairway Park apartments in fairlawn! I have 3 pets and that is the max, however you’re more than welcome to chill w my babies whenever! Utilities and move in fee are unknown currently, as we would have to put in an application before any set numbers are released unfortunately. The complex does have a gym, small business center, and a pool! You would get your own room and bathroom and then shared living spaces. washer and dryer in unit, and the apartment offers plenty of natural lighting! There is also a balcony or patio that could be enjoyed! I would like to room with someone that would keep common areas clean. We can meet up between now and lease signing to get to know each other better and see if it would be a good fit!
