Need a room asap//cosign?

Description

Hi, I’m hoping to rent a room with someone in my age range. I’m relaxed when it comes to guests. I have an emotional support rabbit (yes I have paperwork for him); he is litter box trained. also very willing to find an apartment together and co-sign on a lease. I’m very laidback about most things. I don’t care if you have a guest over, party sometimes, etc. I just value honesty, respect and
communication. I’m fine with a location in northeastern mass or southern nh (Lowell/Nashua area)
