Washer dryer, kitchen, living room and dining room in common areas. Easy mail and package pick-up. Resort style pool, hot tub, fireplace and grills along with a TV in this area. A workout room facing the pool area and party room in the leasing office. Well groomed grass areas and fruit trees along with beautiful flower bushes on the property. Plenty of dog waste bins and free bags to pick up the waste. We are a Gated Community who takes pride in their/our community! Very safe Resort Lifestyle Living! Security guards at all times as well as 7 Sheriff residents, 3 who work day shift and 3 who work night shifts so there are always 3 at a time here at any given time, if not more. We are a married couple in our mid 's but definitely younger in our minds!
We do have two dogs Wilson (mid sized) and Lenny (very tiny). They both love people and never potty on the floor nor tear up property. I have worked as a Certified Nurse Assistant most of my life and my husband is a professional who works long hours. We are super easy going and will try to help you in any way we can.
