My roomate and I are looking for someone to add to our lease in our bath apartment in coconut grove. The lease is from January to May . The apartment is fully furnished including the bedroom or we can remove the bedroom furniture. Rent is including all utilities. The apartment has a rooftop pool, gym, and community room.
We have a backyard patio and a balcony. The apartment is next to a shopping center with a chipotle, target, below, pizza shop, panera, sprouts, and total wine. It is also across the street from the Coconut Grove metro stop, an 8 minute ride to UMiami north as well as Brickell south.
