Looking for roommate/sublet in Feb

Max budget is $3K per month. Looking to move to NYC in Feb! A bit about me - I work in tech so I’ll be working remotely some days, love going to the gym, going out on weekends, socializing with friends, and trying new restaurants. I'm moving from Philly and looking for a roommate who is organized/clean, somewhat aligns with my sleep schedule, and someone fun to hang out with after work or on weekends. I have a couple friends in the city so they'll be over every now and then. My max budget is $3K per month per person for a 2BD.
