Condo NE Indy for May

Description

Hello,
I am seeking a new roommate for a condo I'm living in in NE Indy. New lease will start in May, but you may be able to move in a little earlier if needed.
Roommate would pay for rent + $ in utilities and $ for internet each month. Lots of space, you get your own room and bathroom, washer and dryer are included. It's close to Castleton and all kinds of restaurants/shops, but you have to drive to get places.
I'd prefer a nonsmoking female with a job and no cats (my doggo doesn't always get along with them).
Oh and there's a garage!
