We have two story house with comer lot in very quiet, safe neighborhood. monitoring security around this house. Upper level is my husband and I, we do not have kids, pets, No smoker in my house. Lower level has three Bedrooms with one bathroom. We want to rent one room out. It is fully furnished. We charge $ per month including utilities, parking and W/D ( charge $ refundable deposit ).
