Roommate wanted for 2 BR 2 Bath APT

Hey I'm chess,

I live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apt looking for a roommate to share it with / share the rent.

$800 is the flat fee includes everything Apt, Utilities, Internet, Trash, no additional charges.

I work 2 jobs and work 75-80 hours a week so not home often. Mainly eat shower take care of animals and repeat.

Generally clean. I never have guests over because always working.

I like to workout or binge nerd shows or play video games or watch football if I ever have free time but it is rare right now.

Lease is until next December 2025 but willing to do shorter duration.

Brand new apartments. Everything new. In apt laundry, all full size and industrial appliances. Pool and grass and gated apt community, with gym, close to everything in quiet upscale safe neighborhood.

2nd floor apt. Only stairs no elevator.

I do have shitzu dog (hypoallergenic) - "best behaved dog in the world by past roommates"
I do have a cat as well - "nicest most loving cat in the world by past roommates"
