My boyfriend and I need a roommate for our townhome in Lakewood Ranch! You would have your own room and bathroom with access to the laundry room kitchen living room and lanai! We are both friendly and clean and have a very active lifestyle and work life so we are in and out of the house usually. I work advertising
and my boyfriend is a realtor so we are gone during the day during the week typically. Our home is minutes from Chipotle , Publix, LA Fitness, Fresh Market, Panera, Starbucks and more! We are minutes from UTC Mall, minutes from Downtown Sarasota, minutes from Siesta Key, minutes from St.Pete, and are minutes from Waterside! We have a pool and a gym in our community as well!
