This apartment is fully furnished, and it provides free gym, free student center with printer, discount of certain restaurants.

Roommate: One roommate. She is really nice and willing to share cookware, coffee machine, air fryer, rice cooker, kettle. She prefers to have the same gender roommate.

Subletting period: but you can move in early in late December without extra.

Price: $/month including water and internet. Pay electricity bill by yourself.
