Looking for another female roommate to share with 2 Parsons students from India and a recent graduate from LA for a 3rd fl walkup in LES. Preferably early to mid s. I moved into student housing and left my brand new a/c for you. There's also a full size bed. The lease runs through July and is paid $/ per mo with no payment for June!

This is a lease substitution, not a sublease. You'll lease directly from the landlord. Financial application and paperword will be done by the property managers.
