- Full size bed, mini fridge, microwave, roku tv, & small closet for hanging space/minimal storage in room
- Free parking
- In unit laundry
- No pets or parties & quiet hours am
- For longer term stays (1 month +) rent is due the 1st of every month. $ a day surcharge for late payments. (Cash or Venmo)
- For short term stays (less than a month rent is due weekly. $5 a day surcharge for late payments. (Cash or Venmo)
- Partially shared bath (owner will use upstairs bathroom minimally for showers)
- Weekly room cleaning available by request
- Safety/security: Owner will be living in unit in the other bedroom and has 2 cats & a doberman puppy so do not request accommodation if you have pet allergies or are scared of animals. There are cameras on the lower floor for the safety of guest residents and the owner’s animals in the event of any liability issues. (Owner does need occasional pet sitting so there will be occasional opportunities for guests to make back some money during their stay if interested)
- For the safety of the female owner only female accommodation requests are being taken at this time with the exception of older couples.
