Hello, Thanks for taking a look. My name is Greg, and my roommate and I are looking for a new 3rd person to rent the opening bedroom available December 1st

The rent is $ and is All-Inclusive of all utilities, cable, & Wi-Fi! A deposit of $ will be required.

About the condo: it is 2 stories with the bedrooms, laundry room (full sized washer & dryer), and a loft reading area are upstairs, and the kitchen, living room, and 3rd bathroom are downstairs. There is ample parking and a huge pool, jacuzzi, and gym are included as well!

Other than your bedroom, the condo is furnished. There will be extra space if you have additional furniture like a couch etc, as the loft will be empty for you to use as well.

The area is very centrally located to freeways access in all directions and is close to the beach, shopping (One Paseo & UTC Mall), restaurants, and UCSD. Also very safe and family oriented.

I am so sorry to say though that Pets are NOT allowed.
