I have a room for rent

I am a software engineer. I keep the house pretty clean and I expect my roommates to do the same. Rent is $
utilities and internet included. Private toilet and shared shower.
Apartment has a
laundry and a small gym with few equipments. No deposit required but first month rent will be paid on move in date. No party and no pets.
