First time renter and bad credit from school loans and a bad decision at that left me with a felony. Just being honest so it's all out in the open. I have the money a solid and growing career, but my past is seemingly haunting me now that I'm ready to start a family and get my own place. Anyone willing to rent? Or have any ideas?
