I have a lovely room available in my house!

Room has hardwood floors, original trim, walk in closet, 4 post bed, dresser, side tables (all furniture optional), and is on the main floor next to one of the 2 bathrooms.

I bought the house in and am looking for someone to share my space with. There is a large, open living room and dining room. The kitchen is clean and well stocked. There is a second bathroom next to the laundry room, and lots of space for projects and storage in the basement. I have a sun room full of plants. Off the sunroom is a sliding glass door that leads to a huge deck, equipped with bistro table, more plants, and a grill. The deck leads to the fenced in back yard, where there is a fire pit and big shady maple tree.

I have a senior pit bull, named Helga. Unfortunately, we cannot have any other pets because she is queen of the castle, and territorial around other dogs. And sometimes cats.

Rent is $/ month plus utilities.
The house has fiber wifi, adt security, central air and heat.

Winter parking in the driveway, spring to fall on the street.

I work as a gardener and landscaper in the warmer months, and as a bartender for the off-season in winter. I grow flowers and veggies and come spring we'll have lots of both!

I work quite a bit, but when I'm home I mostly just chill with Helga, watching documentaries or true crime and doing housework. I am a year old woman, and my hobbies and interests include making herbal medicines and topicals, writing, reading, crafting, gardening, nature hikes, swimming, skiing, and I enjoy conversations.
