Hi! I am looking to sublease my studio apartment in Edgewater/Uptown. Mariano's store is across the street, plenty of restaurants and Foster beach is 8min away by foot. Apartment is available from November 1st and goes until the end of May with the option to renew. I was the only one living in the apartment after it was remodeled, and I kept it in excellent condition :) My apartment is furnished, and I can sell furniture at a discounted price (table, chairs, bed, loveseat) if you decide you would like to have it furnished.
