-Second roommate (F) loves exploring, hiking, and works as a project manager.

We are looking for someone quiet, clean, that loves animals, and wants to contribute to a great atmosphere.

It's a 2-bathroom home with a 7-foot projector recessed into the ceiling (who wants to see all the cords?), sleek and brand new GE Cafe appliances, stunning tile work throughout the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as all-new high-efficiency energy saving windows, doors, and insulation. The home is all set up with a lot of smart features including a home, voice controlled lights, outdoor security cameras, and a roomba for sweeping/mopping.

The kitchen has a brand new composter so you can feel good about discarding your scraps directly into the garden (via a brand new Lomi)), chickens for fresh eggs, and an oversized apron kitchen sink.

The bedroom for rent has a full closet and large dresser; it shares the oversized full bathroom with one roommate (F).
