I have 1 rooms upstairs for rent. 1 person only. I don't rent for couple or 2 people in 1 room. The rent includes electric, water, cable, internet. Furnished room with Queen size bed, tv, walking closet. Deposit is needed. Background check is non refundable. The room is in Storey Lake Community with big, clean swimming pool, and gym. Very clean, very security, very quiet. The house was brand new built 8 years ago, very clean, quiet. Air filters and water filters for the whole house, you buy your own drinking water. Please no pet, no guests come inside the house, no smoking, no alcohol.
It is less than two miles from Publix, Super Walmart, Target, a few miles from Sam Club. Close to Celebration, Huntercreek, Walgreens, CVS. 7 miles from Epcot, Disney Springs.
