A beautiful private room with a large double window and a shared bathroom with another male-tenant (US Army NCO) will be available for rent in April (see the pictures). Internet, laundry, and utilities are included!
The house is in a nice and quiet community, which is only mins from Ft. Liberty (Reilly ACP) and 5 mins from Walmart & restaurants (Raeford Rd). As a curtesy to my brothers and sisters of Arms, all Active Duty SMs will have $ discount per month.
This is a two-story specious new house with a large screened-patio, two classic pergolas, and well-maintained fully fenced backyard with view to a forest – a lot of space for privacy. The house is equipped with all the necessary appliances, from kitchenware to laundry, and has coded keypad locks for each room and the main entrance. The common area and individual rooms are fully or partially furnished.
The available room is furnished with a double-size bed, computer desk, and office chair. There are plenty of parking space right next to the house, but attached garage space and an outside storage shade might be available for extra fee. The home will be shared with three other responsible males, all of them are Active Duty NCOs and Officer.
I’m retired NCO and it’s my honor to host Active Duty SMs in my home. Nevertheless, all other qualified individuals are welcome. All tenants should have a background check done before signing a lease, comply with the house rules, and treat other tenants with respect and dignity.
