The Space & Amenities: Fully Loaded Room: Comes with a comfortable bed (plush foam topper included), flatscreen TV with a Roku box, and an HD antenna with tons of channels. Builtin MiniKitchen: Features its own minifridge and microwave set right into closet. Layout Note: This room is connected to another room I have for rent. Also if u wanted both rooms I can get u discount just let me know. Check my other listings if you want to compare—all rooms are the same deal. Privacy: Heavy black eclipse curtain on the doorway (no traditional wooden door installed yet, which is why the price is so low).
Pricing Options: $800/month or $250/week (move in today, leave whenever—no advance notice required). Bed Policy:
Does come with couch bed and thick mattress topper. Very comfortable I used to sleep on it. You can bring your own bed if you prefer, but you must replace the current one and leave your replacement behind permanently if you move out.
Perks & Rules: Smoking or NonSmoking: Your choice (smoking allowed in your private room only). Highspeed internet included. Access to main kitchen fridge space (oven currently undergoing repair) + free laundry coming soon. Very quiet, single male Roomate and Im honestly sleep if Im here I work night. No kids allowed.
