We are looking for a responsible person to come in and move in with us to our clean beautiful apartment. We are also friendly. We are looking for someone as soon as possible as possible as the person who was renting would be getting out of the room. Also we live within commute of a market store and a couple other places. But also a nice little walk to the beach would also be available to do. Bills will include with the rent and you will be available to use the restroom but also the kitchen areas for your use. Just looking for a nice quiet roommate also clean to live with. Smoking is fine as long as its not inside the unit or building.
