Looking for a roommate

Beschrijving

Im looking for a roommate to share a 4-bedroom house in Little Elm. Quiet neighborhood, laid back roommates, and all the doggie snuggles you want. Full use of the kitchen and laundry, and biweekly professional cleaning of common areas. Shared bathroom and convenient street parking. Rent is $800 for one person, WiFi and utilities included. $400 deposit and $40 background check required. The room is available now. I prefer a sixmonth or longer lease, but would consider other terms. I also have 2 cats. Pets considered on a case by case basis.
