Hello! Im looking for a room to sublet with a lease term of 6 months to 1 year. Im available to move in as soon as possible, with November 30, 2026, as my latest preferred movein date. Ideally, Im looking for a room in an area along I-95 or Route 1 in Connecticut, as I travel to visit clients during the weekdays and would greatly appreciate convenient access to the highway. Im open to different locations that accommodate my commute. A little about me: Im a fulltime employee at an insurance agency based in Norwalk, and Im also a fulltime student at Central Connecticut State University. I maintain a busy, structured schedule between work, school, and personal responsibilities, so I value having a quiet, comfortable place to come home to. Im a quiet, clean, and considerate person who respects other peoples space, privacy, and household rules. I generally spend my time working, studying, sleeping, and cooking when needed. I dont plan on having guests over, and I dont have any pets. In my free time, I enjoy reading, arts and crafts, and going to the gym regularly. I prioritize selfcare, cleanliness, and maintaining a healthy routine. What Im looking for: A private room in a clean, wellmaintained home or apartment
