Were a family of three looking for a safe, stable place to call home. Were flexible on location and are considering areas throughout the San Fernando Valley, Los Angeles area, and out toward Thousand Oaks.
Were open to a private room, house share, guesthouse, ADU, converted space, portion of a house, or other housing arrangement that could comfortably work for our family.
Our budget is up to $2,000 per month. Were respectful, clean, and considerate of the property and any shared spaces. Ideally, wed like to find a welcoming, stable arrangement where we can settle in.
