2 furnished private rooms for rent in a big, quiet 3-bedroom house. This is a home, not just a room — the living room, kitchen, and huge backyard are yours to use. Just keep everything clean and undamaged. THE ROOMS
• Room 1 & Room 2 (see labeled photos), each with bed + desk
• $650/month per room + your share of utilities
• No lease, month to month — 30 days' notice before moving out THE HOUSE
• 1 bathroom upstairs, shared by you, the other renter, and me
• Full kitchen, big living room
• Huge backyard: fire pit, seating, small tool garage, and my handmade punching bag setup — youre welcome to train on it
• A quiet couple in their 50s lives downstairs, own back entrance — completely separate. Upstairs has its own front and side entrances
• No washerdryer upstairs; a 24/7 laundromat is 4 minutes away ABOUT ME
Im 28 and live upstairs. My home is where I relax — I meditate, train, study, work, read, listen to music. I cook, and I clean up after myself. Im respectful to my neighbors and expect the same from everyone here. Not restrictions — just manners. HOUSE RULES — please read before messaging
• NO hard drugs (cocaine, crack, anything of that kind) — not inside, not outside, not ever. Nonnegotiable. If thats part of your life, please dont message me
• No drug dealers or problematic people, no trouble
• Alcohol: a beer or a glass of wine is fine — I have one myself sometimes. No heavy drinking
• Smoking / 420: never inside the house. Outside only, away from the house, keep it reasonable
• No parties, no big gatherings
• No bringing home people you just met — no dates, no Tinder, no strangers. Until trust is built over time, the house stays private
