The monthly rent is $1,300 and the room is available immediately. Rent includes highspeed internet and gas. Electricity is split monthtomonth at 50/50. I ask for a $250 deposit for any potential damage. Please note our building will be undergoing retrofit work which will create some intermittent noise Monday - Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
