Im looking for a room.

Hi there! I am a retired female and Im very clean and quiet. I am social and extremely respectful… and I get along great with anyone.. but also pretty much keep to myself as well. Im looking to rent a room long term… hopefully with a private bathroom.. but thats not a deal breaker. I wouldnt be using the rest of the house except to occasionally do laundry.
