This is a rural half acre property in a rural preservation district... a safe, close knit neighborhood. A lovely, newly renovated home with soundproofing for an extra quiet space. Roommates are mature, friendly, lead separate lives and value each others privacy, work, sleep, cooking and shower schedules. We actually hardly see one another. Small dogs welcome. Children welcome. The house is peaceful the minute you walk in with a lot of nice design features. Big property with space outside to enjoy sitting under a shade tree or interacting with some of our farm animals that are separate except for a young peacock that wanders around. Were looking for immediate occupancy with people who are peaceful, friendly secure.. full time job and can communicate effectively. Well ask for 2 references and paycheck stubs.
