Private Room for Rent!

Beschrijving

Hi! My name is April, I'm a college student and I work part time with children with autism, and I'm looking for a room mate ASAP. I live in a small house in Swoyersville, and have two cats. The house is two floors, 2 bedrooms, has a washer/dryer in unit, a yard, and a porch, and free street parking. The bathroom, living room, and kitchen are all shared spaces, with some storage space in the basement as well. Rent is $550/Month per tenant, plus gas and electric (about $150). Reach out for photos, more information, or to tour!
