My name is Amy! I’m almost 30. I’m married but my husband has to move back home for the next 1-2 years, so I am looking for a female or LGBTQ+ roommate so that I am not alone. I’m a neurodivergent, queer, disabled, cisgender woman. I love baking, traveling, cats, and genuine connections. I love watching the same show over and over again (currently Community). I love to cook too, and I’m a huge foodie. Love trying new places. Some good info to know about me… I prefer a colder house (67-70 degrees). I am cannabis friendly, as long as it is not smoked. I work remotely from home out of my office. I also have a home-based bakery, mainly baking on Thursdays and Fridays. I am relatively clean when I am able to clean, but sometimes struggle with exhaustion or pain. But usually will pick up every couple of days. House is usually pretty quiet except maybe for TV sound on low (under 10). Sometimes I struggle with sleep and will wake up and do stuff in the middle of the night. What I’m looking for in a roommate… I’m looking for someone nice and respectful. I like those who help maintain the house. We can share household chores to the extent we create the mess the chores clean up. I’m looking for someone who does not have an addiction to alcohol or drugs. Looking for someone who loves cats. I’m looking for someone who knows how to have conversations and civil disagreements. If you do something I don’t like, I want to be able to discuss it and solve it with you. Same with you for me. I don’t need drama in my life. And I don’t want to add any to yours!
