NATIONS AREA My partner and I have an upstairs space available in the Nations that includes 2 rooms. Below are the details. Rent: $1,250 (furnished room if needed)
Bills: $100-$135 depending on usage (your portion of Electric, Water, Gas, Internet and Rental Insurance)
Move In: November 1st My partner and I are looking for someone to fill the upstairs room in our home in the Nations. This person will have a large room and full private bathroom and can use the guest room for additional storage or lounge space. We have extra furniture and a bed to furnish the room if needed. The laundry room is upstairs and we have an office room used occasionally, so your space is mostly private. We are looking for a responsible housemate who helps clean the common areas, pays rent and bills on time and is mindful of the space. We are all about community and with that comes communication and respect. We are also about family dinners, going to shows and having FUN! Deal breaker: NO PETS due to allergies. Perks: Great location; friendly welcoming neighborhood and an easy drive to downtown
