Private unfurnished bedroom.
$950/month.
Internet, hydro, heat, water, heating and cooling are included.
Monthtomonth arrangement. First and last months rent required.
THE APARTMENT
Shared kitchen and living room.
Shared bathroom with inunit laundry.
New appliances.
Standalone glass shower and bathroom shelvingstorage.
Back deck.
Additional storage space available.
HOUSEHOLD
Were looking for someone who is clean, quiet, respectful and responsible and who is comfortable living in a shared household.
Smoking is outside only on the back deck.
Respectful overnight guests are okay.
PETS
There is currently a cat living in the apartment.
Additional cats may be considered depending on compatibility with the existing cat and household.
No dogs or other pets at this time.
