Private room with shared living space, kitchen, bathroom, dining area, and backyard. This house is shared with other roommates. All rooms come with a door that locks, a bed, TV, nightstand, dresser, chair, and an air-conditioning unit. The $700/monthly rent includes all expenses and utilities. We have water, power, internet, trash pickup, and gas. We have a washer and dryer along with kitchen appliances, utensils, and pots/pans. Central AC does not always work and is planned to be fixed early next year (2027). We have air conditioning units and fans throughout the house. Currently, two Roomates (Men) live in the house and would suggest only male applicants. The application fee and deposit total $250. This entire amount is refundable if approval to move in is denied. One car is allowed to park when renting and no more. No overnight guests and no guns or dangerous weapons are allowed on the property. All applicants must show one month's pay stub, a driver's license, provide an emergency contact, and provide a reference who has known you for 5+ years. No pets allowed.
