Hello! My name is Joel, and I am a reliable, hardworking professional relocating from Wyoming to the Englewood area. I am transferring within my current company, U-Haul, to a full-time warehouse position in Englewood where I will be earning a steady, verifiable income of $23+ per hour (around $3,600+ per month before taxes), so there will be gap in my employment. I am looking for a short-term or month-to-month room to rent for 1 to 3 months while I get settled in the area, ideally around $500/month, though I have some flexibility in my budget for the right fit. Having lived with housemates several times before, I know how important it is to be clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces. To be upfront and transparent, I am a grounded, sane, and drama-free person—the only mental health conditions I manage are ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I also want to share that I am a gay man (though I don't necessarily present in a feminine way). Whether living with male or female housemates, I take personal boundaries very seriously—for women, I am a completely safe, comfortable housemate who will never make things awkward or untoward, and for men, I always respect boundaries and keep things strictly platonic.
